21. African Dance

African dance, also known colloquially as “Afro”, refers primarily to the dance of sub-Saharan Africa and more appropriately to African dances due to the many cultural differences in music and movement styles. These dances are followed in close connection with the traditions of Sub-Saharan African music and the Bantu rhythm building block.
